Applications for NTU Economics Yi-Xian and Sun Chen Scholarships Now Open

Applications for the NTU Economics Yi-Xian Scholarship and the Sun Chen Scholarship for Underprivileged Students are now being accepted.

Please prepare the required documents and submit your application on or before September 30, 2026, using one of the following two methods:

• By Mail (Hard Copy): Send your application documents to Teaching Assistant Shang-Yu Chen at the Department of Economics, National Taiwan University (Department of Economics Office, No. 1, Sec. 4, Roosevelt Rd., Da’an Dist., Taipei City).
• By Email (Digital Copy): Email your files to Teaching Assistant Shang-Yu Chen at chensyu@ntu.edu.tw.

All application documents will be kept strictly confidential.

For those who wish to apply for multiple scholarships, you only need to submit one copy of the application form, one copy of your official transcripts for all academic years, and one copy of your household income statement. Please indicate your order of preference on the application form (enter “1” for your first choice, “2” for your second choice, etc.). The reviewing committee will award one scholarship per successful applicant.
