博士班資格考（請於3月底至系辦報名考試）PhD Qualifying Exam (Please sign up for the exam by March 31)

各位同學大家好,

本學期資格考的行程表請點此連結查看，博士生請抽空至系辦簽名，以確認您本學期要參加資格考。

根據本系最新資格考辦法，以及本系博士班研究生修業進度表，一般生須於兩年內通過考試，在職生須於三年內通過考試。資格考試一年只舉辦一次，若未通過考試的同學，則須在以上年限期滿前通過資格考試。

如您的資格考年限已到，且本學期您不考資格考，則請務必於期末考開始前一天辦理休學（本學期為6/5星期五），否則依學校規定將予以退學。

Dear students, 

The schedule for this semester’s qualifying exams is attached. Dotoral students, please come to the department office to sign it, confirming your participation in the qualifying exams this semester.

According to the department’s latest qualifying exam regulations and the doctoral program’s academic progress schedule, full-time students must pass the exams within two years, and part-time students must pass them within three years. Qualifying exams are held only once a year. Students who do not pass the exams must pass them before the aforementioned timeframes expire.

If your qualifying exam timeframe has expired and you are not taking the exams this semester, please be sure to apply for a leave of absence one day before the start of the final exams (this semester, it’s Friday, June 5th). Otherwise, you will be dropped out of the school according to NTU regulations.
